Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the IWD website and Platform, and by submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or submit a request.

Integrations Workflows Dynamics ("IWD") operates a digital services and workflow platform that provides internet-based digital services, lawful research, AI-assisted workflows, professional consultation, and related services.

Services are subject to availability, authorization, human review, and applicable law. IWD does not represent that every service category or requested task will always be available.

• You may submit service requests through the Service Consultant form on the Platform;
• A submission creates a request for review by IWD and does not automatically create an obligation for IWD to perform the requested service;
• A reference number may be generated for your request;
• IWD may request additional information in order to assess a request; and
• IWD may approve, decline, or otherwise manage a request according to its review process.

You agree not to use the Platform to request, and IWD will not provide, any of the following:

• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
• Credential theft or recovery without authorization;
• Covert surveillance or monitoring;
• Security bypasses or circumvention of platform restrictions;
• Fraud or deceptive activity;
• Abuse of accounts or systems;
• Any illegal activity; or
• Requests involving information or files that you have no right to provide.

This section aligns with the lawful-use notice presented in the Service Consultant form. IWD does not provide unlawful or unauthorized services.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Maintain control of your account credentials;
• Only submit information and files that you are authorized to provide;
• Cooperate with reasonable verification or clarification requests from IWD;
• Use the Platform lawfully; and
• Not interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

Where you upload documents, images, links, or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit them and that their submission is lawful and authorized.

IWD may use human review when evaluating requests. Where AI-assisted features are used, they do not automatically guarantee acceptance, accuracy, legality, suitability, or successful completion of a requested service. AI-assisted output is subject to human review before delivery where appropriate.

IWD determines, after review, whether and how a request can be fulfilled. A submission does not constitute a quote, a guarantee, or an obligation to perform the requested service.

Some services may depend on authorized third-party platforms, tools, providers, APIs, or integrations. The availability and behavior of such third-party services are outside IWD's control. IWD does not represent relationships with third parties that do not exist.

IWD aims to maintain reliable availability of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside IWD's control.

The IWD website, branding, original platform content, software and interface, documentation, and other IWD-owned materials are owned by IWD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This section does not affect your rights in content that you lawfully own and submit.

Information about how IWD handles personal information is set out in the IWD Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Where client accounts are available:

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure;
• You must not share credentials improperly; and
• IWD may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary for security, misuse, or lawful reasons.

Paid services have not yet been introduced on the Platform. Where paid services are introduced, applicable pricing, quotes, payment terms, refunds or cancellations, and service-specific terms will be presented to you before the relevant transaction where required. No pricing, refund, or payment obligation is created by these Terms.

IWD does not guarantee any particular outcome from a service request. IWD does not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice unless such services are actually offered by appropriately qualified professionals. You should seek qualified professional advice where required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IWD's liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or a service request is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud and other non-waivable rights.

IWD may restrict or terminate access to the Platform or an account where necessary, including in cases of misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

IWD may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this website and will apply from the effective date stated. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are intended to be governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection provisions and other non-waivable legal rights.
